Sanitary rules
The sanitary rules of the event will respect the sanitary rules in force in France at the time of the event.
These rules will be subject to change depending on the health situation: you will be kept informed on this page, on the Facebook page of the event and by e-mail.
If you have any symptoms or if you are a contact case: please stay home and take care of yourself, we will see you next year with great pleasure !
Registration and payment
For registration until May 30, 2026: You have two weeks from the receipt of your registration confirmation to send your payment. If no payment is received after this period, the organization reserves the right to cancel your registration in order not to disadvantage those on the waiting list.
For a registration in June 2026, this two-week deadline is shortened to one week.
Cancellation and refund
If you are prevented from attending the event due to covid-19 (confirmed or suspected infection, symptoms, contact case, ...) or due to the health situation (you don't have the required pass up-to-date, the conditions of entry or exit of the country are too strict, ...): please contact us as soon as possible for a transfer of your pass to the next year's edition. We thank you for taking care of yourself and others.
If you are unable to attend, for any other reason, and you wish to cancel: for any cancellation until May 6, 2022, we will be able to transfer your registration to next year's edition upon request. After this date, the transfer of your pass to next year's edition will no longer be possible but you will always have the possibility to transfer your pass to someone interested in taking it over. In this case, please contact the organization as soon as possible to communicate the coordinates of this person. For information, this person must be found by your own means and the transfer does not include any reimbursement from the organization, the arrangement must be made between the transferor and the transferee.
Modifications and possibility of postponement
The organization reserves the right to modify the program, the places and the schedules without prior notice. Possible changes and new information will be posted regularly on the website or on the Facebook page of the event.
Moreover, if the sanitary conditions are too unfavorable, the event may be postponed. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Participation
In order to ensure the smooth running of the event, and this in a safe and respectful environment, the organization reserves the right to refuse access to its activities to any person who would be physically or verbally aggressive, or who would disrespect anyone. In the same perspective, the organization reserves the right to ask any person behaving inappropriately to leave the premises. See the code of conduct of the event.
In both cases, no refund will be given.
Responsibility
Dancing is a physical activity. As such, you assume the risks incurred during its practice. The organization cannot be held responsible for any injury during the event. The organization cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings during the event. In spite of the security and benevolence that the organization wishes to establish, it is recommended that everyone be vigilant.
Image Rights (Photos and Videos)
Participation in Toulouse Our Minds implies the consent to be photographed or filmed, but also implies the consent to the use of these media by the organization for its own promotion.
If this is an issue for you, please let us know so that we can inform the event photographers. However, we cannot guarantee that your image will not appear in any media.
The organization cannot be held responsible for the use that could be made of these media by other people, associations or companies.
Personal photos and films of the various activities of the event are authorized.
Accommodation
The organization will do its best to put in contact participants looking for accommodation with local people who will offer accommodation on a voluntary basis. However, the organization does not commit itself to find accommodation for participants.
The locals who offer to host a person commit to provide a bedding (bed, couch, mattress on the floor ...) and access to the bathroom, toilet and kitchen. They are not required to provide transportation or food for the guests (this is not an obligation).
